Coaching Agreement — Monique Coaching Practice

 

This agreement outlines the scope, boundaries, and expectations of our coaching relationship.

 

Scope of Services

• Coaching is offered via Microsoft Teams only.

• Services include emotional clarity, strategic planning, and personal support.

• I do not offer medical advice, therapy, or emergency care.

 

Availability

• Sessions are scheduled in advance and held Mon-Thurs 5-8pm, after business hours for convenience.

 

Confidentiality

• All sessions are confidential. I will not share your information without consent.

• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions throughout the coaching process.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited time.

 

Agreement: By booking a session, you agree to these terms and enter into a coaching relationship built on trust, clarity, and mutual respect.
